When I first stepped onto the path of energy healing, I thought I was learning how to “fix” people—how to remove pain, clear trauma, and restore harmony. But after years of working with clients from all walks of life, I now realize that true healing is not about fixing at all. It’s about remembering, releasing, and reconnecting. It’s about becoming whole again.

From silent tears released in a session to spontaneous breakthroughs, the healing I’ve witnessed goes far beyond what textbooks teach. In this article, I’ll share some of the most profound lessons I’ve learned about true healing—not as a concept, but as a lived experience.
